Rental Vehicle Policy
Please review this rental policy before renting a vehicle from Butts Mobile Services. By renting a vehicle, the renter agrees to the terms below.
Rental Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old and must provide a valid driver’s license before taking possession of any rental vehicle.
Payment & Deposit
Rental pricing is $50 per day with a $100 deposit unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment and deposit must be completed before the vehicle is released.
Credit Card On File
A valid credit card must be kept on file during the rental period. Butts Mobile Services may securely retain payment information for approximately one month after the rental is returned to account for tolls, tickets, parking violations, traffic violations, damage, cleaning fees, fuel charges, or other charges connected to the rental period.
Tickets, Tolls & Violations
The renter is responsible for any parking tickets, traffic violations, tolls, camera tickets, impound fees, or legal penalties that occur while the vehicle is in their possession. Any related charges may be billed to the card on file.
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be returned in the same general condition it was provided. The renter may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other costs caused during the rental period.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level it had at the start of the rental unless otherwise agreed. Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges unless prior approval is given.
Use of Vehicle
Rental vehicles must be used responsibly and legally. The vehicle may not be used for illegal activity, racing, towing, rideshare, delivery work, reckless driving, or any purpose not approved by Butts Mobile Services.
Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Butts Mobile Services, the renter confirms that they understand and agree to this rental policy.
