Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, scheduling service, calling, texting, renting a vehicle, purchasing a vehicle, or receiving service from Butts Mobile Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services Provided
Butts Mobile Services provides mobile mechanic services, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, rental vehicle options, and used vehicle sales. Services may vary based on availability, location, weather, parts availability, and vehicle condition.
Estimates & Pricing
Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time and is not a guaranteed final price. Additional issues may be discovered during inspection, diagnosis, or repair.
Mobile Service Limitations
Some repairs cannot be safely or properly completed on-site. Butts Mobile Services reserves the right to decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or outside the scope of mobile service.
Appointment Times
Appointment and arrival times are estimates only. Traffic, weather, emergency calls, previous appointments, parts delays, or other circumstances may affect scheduling.
Emergency Service
Emergency mobile mechanic service and roadside assistance are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Customers should call or text directly for emergency service availability.
Diagnostic Services
Diagnostic services are intended to help identify likely causes of a vehicle issue. A diagnostic inspection does not guarantee that every issue will be discovered during a single visit.
Customer-Supplied Parts
If a customer supplies their own parts, those parts are installed at the customer’s own risk. Butts Mobile Services does not warranty customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for incorrect, defective, damaged, used, or incompatible parts provided by the customer.
Existing Vehicle Conditions
Many vehicles receiving service may have pre-existing wear, damage, rust, corrosion, prior repairs, electrical issues, leaks, or hidden mechanical problems. Butts Mobile Services is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the work performed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due when service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned payments, failed payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees or collection action.
Rental Vehicles
Rental vehicles are subject to a separate Rental Vehicle Policy. By renting a vehicle from Butts Mobile Services, the renter agrees to all rental terms, deposit requirements, card-on-file requirements, and responsibility for tickets, tolls, violations, damage, cleaning fees, and related charges.
Used Vehicle Sales
Unless otherwise stated in writing, used vehicles may be sold as-is. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions, review vehicle details, and inspect the vehicle before purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butts Mobile Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
